Disconnect in the app.
Open Social accounts, find the destination, open its actions menu, and choose Disconnect.
Use the in-app control for an immediate social-account disconnect. Email the verified support channel when you want associated platform data or your ZoneClip account deleted.
Open Social accounts, find the destination, open its actions menu, and choose Disconnect.
Send a verified request from your ZoneClip account email. Never include a password, OAuth token, or private video.
Disconnecting stops future ZoneClip access; it does not erase posts already published to a third-party platform.
Sign in to ZoneClip, open Social accounts, find the connected YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other destination, open the account's actions menu, and choose Disconnect. Confirm the prompt.
ZoneClip removes the stored authorization credentials for that connection and stops or blocks future scheduled publishing and analytics requests. The account disappears from your available ZoneClip destinations. You can reconnect later through a new provider authorization flow.
Send an email to official@zoneclip.ai with the subject ZoneClip data deletion request. Send it from the email used for your ZoneClip account whenever possible.
Include your ZoneClip account email, whether you want the entire ZoneClip account or only a connected platform deleted, the platform name, and the connected channel or profile username or ID if known. Do not send a password, access token, payment-card number, or private source video.
We may ask you to verify control of the ZoneClip account or the connected platform before deleting data. After completion, we will reply with a confirmation or explain any limited record that must be retained and why.
In-app disconnect removes stored credentials from the active ZoneClip connection immediately. Provider-side revocation may follow that provider's own processing schedule.
We delete eligible connected-platform data as soon as practical and no later than 7 days after a verified user request. If a YouTube or Google authorization is revoked outside ZoneClip and we detect that revocation, we delete the related Authorized Data no later than 30 days after detection.
We delete or de-identify eligible account data within 30 days after verification. Backups and records retained for security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or law may age out later under controlled retention.
You can also revoke ZoneClip in the connected provider's own security or app settings. For Google and YouTube, use the Google third-party access page. TikTok and Meta provide comparable controls in their account settings.
A ZoneClip deletion request removes eligible data controlled by ZoneClip. It does not delete a post held by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or another provider. Use that platform's own content controls for a live post and consult its privacy policy for data it controls independently.
Read the ZoneClip Privacy Policy for platform permissions, processing purposes, retention, and your privacy choices.
Email official@zoneclip.ai. Include your ZoneClip account email and the platform or account you want deleted—never a password or access token.
