These Terms govern the ZoneClip website, desktop app, APIs, beta features, Free plan, optional paid services, and social-platform connections. Please read them before using the service.

Connect only accounts you control, review every destination and setting, and cancel or disconnect when you no longer want access.
Beta and AI output require review.
Highlight selection, captions, metadata, and publishing may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for the final post.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
Agreement
By accessing or using ZoneClip, creating an account, connecting a platform, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use ZoneClip for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these Terms.
Age and account requirements
You must be at least 13, old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, and meet the age and account requirements of every connected platform. If local law requires parental consent, you may use ZoneClip only with that consent.
2. Accounts and Security
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep sign-in methods secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your ZoneClip account and for maintaining access to your local projects and source files.
Connected accounts
Connect only channels, profiles, Pages, or other destinations you own or are authorized to manage. ZoneClip uses provider OAuth flows and does not need your social-platform password. You may disconnect a platform at any time.
3. The Service
Video creation workflow
ZoneClip helps analyze recordings, identify candidate moments, generate edit plans, reframe video, create captions, render clips, prepare metadata, and—where enabled—publish or schedule content. Features and platform availability may vary by plan, device, region, game, account type, provider approval, and beta status.
Beta and changing features
Beta features may be incomplete, unavailable, rate-limited, or changed as we test them. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify a feature, but material subscription changes will be communicated where required.
4. Your Content and Responsibilities
You retain ownership
As between you and ZoneClip, you retain ownership of footage, audio, images, captions, metadata, prompts, and other content you provide. You grant ZoneClip a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transcode, analyze, modify, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the workflow you requested. This license ends when the content is deleted from ZoneClip systems, subject to limited backups and legal retention.
Local and cloud processing
ZoneClip is local-first, but it is not a purely local product. Depending on your selected workflow, some processing may occur locally on your device and some features may require transmission of selected data to ZoneClip servers or approved service providers for analysis, rendering support, account synchronization, publishing, billing, safety, or support.
You need the required rights
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to record, process, edit, and publish all footage, gameplay, music, voices, faces, logos, trademarks, clips, and other material you use. You are also responsible for disclosures, age ratings, advertising rules, music rules, and platform policies that apply to your post.
Review before publishing
AI-generated selections, edits, captions, translations, titles, hashtags, declarations, and other suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review the finished video and every publishing field before confirming a post or schedule.
Retention of uploaded and generated assets
We may delete uploaded content, intermediate files, analysis proxies, rendered outputs, and generated assets after a reasonable retention period unless a shorter deletion schedule, platform rule, verified deletion request, security hold, or legal obligation applies. Keep your own copy of any local project, source file, or export you need to preserve.
5. Social Publishing and Automation
Limited authorization
When you connect a platform, you authorize ZoneClip to use the permissions shown during OAuth solely for the selected account connection, publishing, scheduling, status, and analytics features. ZoneClip will publish only content you selected under a publish-now instruction or schedule you explicitly created.
Your final confirmation
You are responsible for confirming the destination account, video, caption or title, visibility, audience, schedule, and any music, AI, branded-content, or commercial-content declarations. Platform processing may continue after submission, and delivery is not guaranteed.
Platform terms also apply
Your use of a connected service remains subject to that provider's terms and policies. By using YouTube through ZoneClip, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. TikTok use is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service. Instagram use is subject to the Instagram Terms of Use. A provider may restrict, reject, delay, remove, or review a post under its own rules.
Disconnecting and existing posts
Disconnecting removes ZoneClip's stored authorization for future activity and stops or blocks future jobs for that connection. It does not remove content already delivered to a platform. Manage existing posts on the destination platform. See our data deletion instructions.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse ZoneClip
You may not use ZoneClip to violate law or another person's rights; distribute malware; evade platform safeguards or rate limits; scrape or access accounts without authorization; create deceptive engagement; publish spam; impersonate others; or generate, process, or distribute content that is illegal, exploitative, or seriously harmful.
AI and identity misuse
You may not use ZoneClip to generate deceptive or misleading content, impersonate another person, create or distribute unauthorized deepfakes, misrepresent endorsements, hide required disclosures, or bypass destination-platform restrictions, moderation, safety systems, or rate limits.
Service integrity
Do not probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, resell, or bypass technical restrictions in ZoneClip except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law or an open-source license expressly permits the activity.
7. Free and Optional Paid Services
ZoneClip Free
ZoneClip Free is the current $0 plan described on this website. Free-plan capacity, included features, and technical requirements may evolve, but we will not charge you without an explicit checkout confirmation.
Optional paid services and renewal
The checkout page shows the plan, billing interval, final amount, currency, taxes, renewal timing, and payment provider before you approve payment. A recurring subscription renews until canceled. You can cancel renewal from the ZoneClip account center or desktop app; access continues through the paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law provide otherwise.
Refunds and payment providers
Stripe or PayPal processes payment credentials. Refund requests are reviewed through ZoneClip support under the checkout terms, payment-provider rules, and mandatory consumer law. Chargebacks, failed payments, fraud signals, or provider restrictions may suspend paid access while the issue is reviewed.
8. ZoneClip Rights and Feedback
ZoneClip technology
ZoneClip and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, models, interface, branding, documentation, and other materials we provide, excluding your content and third-party materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions or product feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment. Do not submit confidential third-party information through general feedback channels.
Third-party games and platforms
ZoneClip does not own or claim rights to any games, game assets, characters, trademarks, creator content, social platforms, or other third-party platform content. References to games, creators, social platforms, or competing products are for compatibility, comparison, or descriptive purposes only. ZoneClip is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any game publisher, platform, creator, or competitor unless explicitly stated.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
Service provided as available
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoneClip is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, a specific highlight score, platform approval, publishing delivery, audience reach, revenue, or preservation of local files. Nothing here limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoneClip and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid ZoneClip during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Suspension and Termination
By you
You may stop using ZoneClip, cancel subscription renewal, and disconnect social accounts at any time. You may request account and personal-data deletion using the public deletion process.
By ZoneClip
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, platforms, or the service; comply with law or a provider requirement; investigate abuse; address nonpayment; or enforce these Terms. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and a chance to address the issue.
Effect of termination
Rights needed only to operate your account end when the account is deleted, subject to lawful retention and backups. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related terms—remain effective.
11. General Terms
Applicable law and mandatory rights
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law. Mandatory consumer, privacy, and dispute rights in your place of residence remain available and are not waived by these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. For material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use ZoneClip after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
Entire agreement and severability
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, checkout disclosures, and any feature-specific terms presented to you form the agreement for ZoneClip. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
